[ the feigned ]

A set of three stories, Simply Being Loved being my first long story with Jacen and Tenel Ka. The Feigned was originally slated to be a trilogy, but after a reaaaaalllly long hiatus during the writing of the second story (like three years long), I returned to the series to finish the second story. And finally start and complete the third, which I wasn't planning on doing for awhile. The first and second are both completed and the third is currently being posted!

THE FEIGNED: STORY ONE - 'SIMPLY BEING LOVED'

CHARACTERS: Jacen Solo, Tenel Ka, Gadell Vessau (first introduced in this story) -- among others I can't say... it might spoil something. ;D!

HOW LONG?: 26 chapters plus an epilogue; you can read the first draft of the whole story in this thread!

SUMMARY: After the war with the Yuuzhan Vong ends, a celebration takes place on Hapes to honor the heroes of the war. Jacen Solo takes this opportunity to find the Queen Mother and tell her what's been going on in his head. But a feisty Commander and a smidge of poison stand right in the way.

CHARACTERS: Jacen Solo, Tenel Ka, Gadell Vessau, Zekk, Kaidin Serasai, Raynar Thul, Tessick Ladreen, Jaina Solo, Tahiri Veila, etc. ;D

HOW LONG?: 40 chapters, plus a prologue and an epilogue!

SUMMARY: A cryptic message from the supposed long-lost Raynar Thul sends the gang to a space station that seems to be one nonstop party. But there's more going on here than what's on the surface. And the crew has to find out before the insanity settles in.

SUMMARY: After all that has happened, Jacen and Tenel Ka finally think they have a chance to maybe settle down. The universe doesn't think so, as usual, and the two -- along with a few of their friends -- get caught up dealing with an odd group of bounty hunters.
